Summary

The Client Service Representative manages the boutique's day-to-day client service functions in partnership with boutique management. The role supports boutique operations, cash integrity, inventory control, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the point-of-sale system, aftersales service, and phone communications.
• Support cash integrity, inventory control, and loss prevention.
• Deliver client service and assist with other areas of boutique operations as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of retail cashiering experience; luxury experience preferred.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule with varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and move merchandise and fixtures, including lifting boxes.
• Willingness to follow company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards.
