Job Description

Summary

As a Client Services Assistant Manager at Cartier in Coral Gables, FL, you will be responsible for ensuring excellence in service for watch specialists and boutique networks in the LAC region. You will develop and apply strategies, manage client experiences, and collaborate with various teams to enhance service quality.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and apply client service strategies by adapting global policies to local specificities.
  • Implement and coordinate the International Service Policy and manage projects to improve repair service flow.
  • Organize CS events to improve database segmentation and create traffic.
  • Monitor and analyze LAC CS performance and ensure optimal service.
  • Manage the experience Barometer process for retail and E-commerce.
  • Handle complaint management and ensure consistent client service actions.
  • Build strong relationships with the Richemont repair center and Cartier HQ CS.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, especially in Business or Marketing; MBA is a plus.
  • 5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in retail.
  • Experience in luxury, jewelry, and watchmaking is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SAP preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to implement short and long-term projects.
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
