Summary

The Client Services Associate provides luxury service and assesses client needs within the King of Prussia gallery. They support gallery partners by connecting clients to the right resources, handling inquiries in person, by phone, and by email, and promoting RH products with refined taste. The role requires a polished appearance, excellent communication, and a client-focused approach to create elevated experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome RH clients and assist with questions or concerns
• Connect clients with the right associates based on purchase needs
• Assist and communicate with clients in the gallery, over the phone, and via email
• Provide elevated client services support to gallery partners to resolve client concerns
• Maintain thorough knowledge of RH products and offerings
• Create a luxury service experience in every interaction
• Exhibit a broad understanding of the organization

Requirements

• Customer service experience within a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail setting preferred
• Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-focused with a commitment to quality
• People- and relationship-driven with a polished professional presence
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize small to medium items up to 30 lbs and maneuver around gallery floor and stockroom
