Client Services Associate

Summary

Provide luxury client service and support within the gallery by greeting clients, assisting with inquiries, and connecting clients to appropriate associates. Deliver an elevated experience through strong product knowledge, polished presentation, and excellent communication across phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and assist with questions or concerns
• Connect clients with the right associates based on purchase needs
• Assist and communicate with clients in gallery, by phone, and via email
• Provide elevated client service support to gallery partners to resolve concerns
• Become well versed on RH products and offerings
• Create a luxury service experience in every interaction
• Exhibit broad understanding of the organization and its vision

Requirements

• Customer service experience in design firms, high end furniture showrooms, or luxury retail preferred
• Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to quality and detail focused at all levels
• People and relationship driven with polished personal presentation
• Proficiency with Mac OS, IOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications
