Client Services Associate

Summary

Provide luxury client service and assess the needs of clients in the Las Vegas gallery. Act as a primary point of contact for clients in person, by phone, and by email, connecting them with the appropriate associates and resources. Maintain product knowledge and deliver a refined, detail-focused experience in every interaction.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients and assist with questions or concerns on the gallery floor
• Connect clients with the right associates based on purchase needs
• Support clients via phone and email and respond to inquiries promptly
• Provide elevated client service support to Gallery Partners to resolve client concerns
• Become well-versed in product offerings and gallery services
• Create a consistent luxury service experience and exhibit a broad understanding of the organization

Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred in a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail setting
• Strong organizational, time management, verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs and maneuver around gallery, stock room and office
