Full-Time Brand Ambassador focused on delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting store initiatives and driving sales performance. Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance by using tools and resources to drive selling
- Support execution of company and store initiatives and maintain store standards
- Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Engage clients through creative outreach and community initiatives
- Support alternative purchasing processes such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Broaden product discovery using QR codes, digital catalogs, and virtual stores
- Uphold company policies and provide input on category opportunities
- Maintain productivity through store execution and collaborate with team to enhance customer experience
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience in a high volume or specialty environment preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, walk, maneuver the sales floor, and lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to operate register and perform tasks throughout sales floor stock dressing room and office
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days evenings weekends and possible overnight shifts and travel
- Proven track record of building and maintaining positive working relationships
- Planning prioritization and time management skills
