Gallery Host

Summary

Provide world-class service to guests at the Gallery through polished communication, professional appearance and enthusiastic engagement. Manage guest interactions including greeting, wayfinding, check-in for interior design and restaurant waitlist, coat and umbrella check, and occasional concierge duties while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage guests as they enter the Gallery
• Manage check-in for RH Interior Design services and restaurant waitlist
• Provide wayfinding and concierge assistance discreetly
• Operate coat and umbrella check and validate valet when needed
• Set up and break down the Gallery host station daily
• Monitor Gallery areas for cleanliness, safety and code compliance
• Assist with onsite and offsite events as required
• Communicate guest feedback and escalations to leadership

Requirements

• 2+ years of related experience
• Energetic, accountable and team oriented
• Reliable and dependable with strong multitasking ability
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new responsibilities
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
