Client Services Associate

Summary

The Client Services Associate provides elevated luxury service to clients in an RH Gallery. This role welcomes clients, assesses their needs, and connects them with the right associates while helping resolve questions and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients in the Gallery, over the phone, and by email.
• Connect clients with associates based on their purchase needs.
• Support Gallery Partners in resolving client concerns.
• Build knowledge of RH products and offerings and create a luxury service experience.
• Recognize and respond to multiple priorities while supporting the organization’s vision and values.

Requirements

• Customer service experience in a design firm, high-end furniture showroom, or luxury retail setting is preferred.
• Strong organizational, time management, verbal, and written communication skills.
• People- and relationship-driven, with attention to quality and detail.
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications.
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 pounds and perform prolonged standing, bending, and other physical activities.
