Summary

The Service Associate supports customers and store colleagues from an in-store service hub. The role helps create a quick, seamless, and enjoyable shopping experience through friendly service and efficient assistance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with genuine, friendly interactions.
• Assist with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, simple returns, tourism information, and appointments for in-store services.
• Use technology to support customer service and store operations.
• Participate in merchandising and operational tasks.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent encouraged; no experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
