Summary

Provide personalized client service and drive sales for the womens ready to wear collection through expert product knowledge, styling guidance, and relationship building. Represent the brand in-store and maintain presentation standards to deliver a luxury shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients, providing tailored styling advice and product recommendations
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and clienteling
• Develop and maintain client relationships, including follow up and appointment scheduling
• Process transactions accurately and handle returns according to store policy
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
• Participate in store events and promotions to drive traffic and sales

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail or client facing experience in fashion or luxury goods
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of womens ready to wear trends and fit
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays
