• Greet clients and provide tailored styling advice for womens ready to wear pieces
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through follow up and personalized service
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store performance
• Manage client appointments and maintain clienteling records
• Demonstrate product knowledge and present merchandise attractively on the sales floor
• Process transactions accurately and handle returns according to policy
• Support visual merchandising and maintain a polished sales floor

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail or luxury sales experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and grow client base
• Professional presentation and commitment to high service standards
• Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays as needed
