Responsibilities

• Create a seamless, welcoming, and enjoyable in-store experience while cultivating customer relationships.
• Serve as a product knowledge expert and category ambassador, selling with a confident fashion voice.
• Maintain compelling merchandise presentation and complete merchandising and operational tasks.
• Use technology to support the omnichannel experience and educate colleagues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically, and to work a flexible schedule.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use technology and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
