Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients, providing attentive and personalized service on the sales floor.
• Drive sales goals through consultative selling and expert product knowledge.
• Build and maintain client relationships, including follow-up and clienteling activities.
• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and visual standards on the sales floor.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or customer-facing sales experience, preferably in apparel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude.
• Availability to work a part-time schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and handle merchandising tasks.
• Basic familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
