The Client Specialist supports sales and client experience for Women's Ready-to-Wear on the sales floor at the Soho location. This full-time role focuses on personalized styling, building client relationships, and delivering a high level of customer service. The specialist also helps maintain visual presentation and supports store operations and events.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling and product recommendations to drive sales and client loyalty.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store KPIs.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, assist with visual standards, and ensure the sales floor is organized.
• Manage client appointments, fitting room flow, and follow-up communications.
• Support store events, promotions, and collaborative teamwork on the sales floor.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail or customer-facing sales experience, preferably in women's ready-to-wear or fashion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mentality.
• Knowledge of styling, fit, and current fashion trends.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, to support store hours and events.
• Ability to work on-site at the Soho store and perform light physical tasks related to merchandising.
