Job Description

Summary

As the Commercial VP at Jaeger-LeCoultre in New York, you will be responsible for leading the omnichannel sales and distribution strategy for the Maison in the region. You will oversee internal and external network performance, ensuring alignment with the Maison's strategy and identity.

Responsibilities
  • Build the region's commercial strategy and roadmap in collaboration with the Brand President.
  • Develop omnichannel distribution and network evolution strategy to leverage business opportunities.
  • Provide market insights on competition and trends.
  • Contribute to long-term business planning and yearly strategic plans.
  • Manage the commercial department's P&L and assortment strategy across distribution channels.
  • Collaborate with HQ on strategic initiatives to enhance brand equity.
  • Define and implement commercial partnership strategies to achieve retailisation goals.
  • Elevate retail operations by identifying business needs and implementing strategies for boutique excellence.
  • Develop KPIs and action plans to motivate and lead retail teams.
  • Drive hospitality and client-centric initiatives for memorable in-boutique experiences.
  • Inspire, coach, and manage Regional Commercial Directors and functional teams.
  • Develop career paths for commercial and retail talents in collaboration with HR.
  • Foster a strong retail culture and entrepreneurial environment.
Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in luxury retail business management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience in a high-profile luxury or client-centric retail brand.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and plan for greater results.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about the brand's values and heritage.
