• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal customer satisfaction and store performance.
• Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing.

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a commission-based environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for fashion and a keen eye for style.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
