Senior Client Advisor

As a Senior Client Advisor at Gucci, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, training Client Advisors, and managing daily store operations. You will act as a brand ambassador, promoting Gucci values and building strong relationships with clients and team members.

• Provide supervision and guidance to Client Advisors to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with the Team Manager for real-time coaching and feedback to meet business goals.
• Assist in team development and ensure a consistent onboarding experience for new Client Advisors.
• Deliver exceptional client service and act as a role model in exceeding client expectations.
• Manage floor leadership duties, including opening/closing the store and handling difficult client issues.
• Contribute to maintaining visual display standards and support daily store operations.

• 3+ years of sales management experience in retail or luxury retail.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
• Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver results.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Passion for the fashion industry and flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
