The Client Advisor provides exceptional luxury client service, representing the brand and delivering a branded sales experience while achieving individual and store sales goals. The role involves building client relationships, capturing customer data, maintaining visual and stock standards, and collaborating with the store team to uphold brand image.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and seasonal individual and store sales targets
- Deliver exceptional customer service and follow the Gucci selling ceremony
- Capture meaningful client data using company CRM tools
- Maintain an active, accurate, and organized client book with regular follow up
- Advise clients on product knowledge and fashion trends
- Support team collaboration and contribute to a positive working environment
- Maintain store security standards and protect merchandise
- Uphold visual display and image standards and keep understock organized
- Follow company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Ability to maintain regular and reliable attendance and work a flexible schedule including weekends
- 1+ years of prior service related work experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to multitask
- Proficiency with technology and CRM tools
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Additional languages are a plus
- Service mindset with passion for fashion and luxury products
- Strong organization, follow up skills, and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast moving and dynamic environment
