Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text social media and reservations
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow sales through appointments
- Provide personalized styling advice on fit value and wardrobe integration
- Conduct and participate in product knowledge meetings and trainings
- Support merchandising tasks including stocking remerchandising displays price markdowns and transfers
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer base
- Provide product feedback to help improve assortment
- Flexibly perform duties in other departments as needed
