Summary

Client Advisor role focused on cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, styling expertise, and personal engagement both in-store and digitally. Position is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager with expectations to use technology and omni-channel tools to drive sales and client conversion.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in-person and remotely using digital tools and social media
• Provide expert styling and brand knowledge to drive sales
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory for effective selling
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize outreach to increase individual productivity
• Create positive team environment through collaboration
• Use store technology to support outreach and selling

Requirements

• Experience in fashion retail and styling
• Commission sales experience
• Comfortable using technology to sell to clients digitally
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
