Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide style and fit advice and honest confident feedback to customers
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, remerchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
- Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts to grow customer relationships
- Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to assist in other departments when required
- Follow a variable schedule based on business needs
- Maintain product knowledge to support selling and styling

- Regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
