Sales Associate - Fashion Valley

Summary

Provide exceptional client experiences as a brand ambassador at a luxury retail store, reporting to the General Manager. Deliver strong sales performance and cultivate long term client relationships while supporting store operations and after sales service.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily, monthly, and yearly sales goals
• Capture client data and maintain clienteling activities
• Create and foster genuine client relationships to drive KPIs such as UPT and ATV
• Provide after sales service including follow up calls, thank you notes, and product maintenance coordination
• Support team in generating new clients while maintaining existing relationships
• Open and close consignments and process returns and exchanges
• Develop and support business driving initiatives, contests, and events
• Handle customer repairs and advise clients on product fit

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a retail environment
• Luxury retail experience preferred
• Understanding of specialty retail and clienteling techniques
• Proficiency with retail point of sale systems, Word, Excel, and email
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and multitask effectively
• Positive, outgoing, high energy and sales focused personality
