Summary
Provide personalized lingerie sales and expert bra fittings to build customer relationships and achieve sales goals both in-store and digitally. Deliver a supportive and body positive experience while maintaining product knowledge and merchandising standards in a fast paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings by measuring and recommending appropriate sizes and styles.
- Build lasting customer relationships through personalized service and honest feedback.
- Achieve sales goals using in store and digital tools such as text and social media.
- Maintain a customer ready department through stocking, re merchandising and price markdowns.
- Fill orders and assist customers with product selection and purchases.
- Participate in team collaboration and training to stay current on fashion and product knowledge.
- Perform light cleaning and upkeep of the sales floor and fitting rooms.
- Handle merchandise including lifting and reaching as needed for stocking and display.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse customers.
- Empathy sensitivity and commitment to body positive fittings for all shapes and sizes.
- Self motivated with a strong interest in driving sales through networking and technology.
- Ability to multitask and organize priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Flexible availability to work schedules based on business needs.
- Capacity for continuous movement for 6 to 8 hours per shift including bending and reaching.
- Frequent use of hands for grasping fine manipulation and pushing or pulling.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
