Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales and achieve individual and team targets.
• Engage customers to provide personalized service and build clientele.
• Support company and store initiatives and deliver brand aligned experiences.
• Participate in team training and use technology to support sales.
• Support alternative purchasing processes such as ship to home and digital tools.
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities.
• Maintain sales floor standards and ensure product accessibility.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high volume specialty environment experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate register for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor areas.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potential travel.
