Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media to engage customers and drive sales
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and feedback on fit
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform re-merchandising
• Execute price markdowns and light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
• Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Flexibly perform duties in other departments as needed
