Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use text and social media to engage customers and grow a following
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Open new customer rewards accounts and grow relationships
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform light cleaning
• Re-merchandise and execute price markdowns
• Collaborate with team to keep department customer ready
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
