Summary

Provide friendly efficient customer service at the point of sale while supporting sales floor operations in a fast paced retail environment. Assist customers with purchases returns and order pick up while maintaining store presentation and staying current on product trends.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and by phone with sales returns and other transactions at checkout
• Operate point of sale systems and process payments accurately
• Maintain a tidy cash wrap area and restock merchandise on the sales floor
• Support order fulfillment and order pick up activities
• Listen to customer needs and provide fashion recommendations
• Promote store programs such as gift cards and rewards
• Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Collaborate with team members to keep the department runway ready
