Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and team sales objectives and targets
• Learn and master brand and product knowledge
• Advise clients across all product categories
• Provide tailored luxury client experiences and build long lasting relationships
• Use in house clienteling tools and systems to maintain client relationships
• Operate as a personal advisor to clients with a commercial mindset
• Contribute to team performance and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Previous retail experience preferably in high end or luxury market
• Strong customer centric background if no luxury retail experience
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Curiosity and motivation to learn and develop in luxury retail
• Commercial and sales oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
