Summary

Provide exceptional client experiences at the Carlsbad store by driving sales and service, engaging in clienteling, and supporting store operations. Represent the brand through product knowledge, styling expertise, and a customer focused approach. Maintain store readiness and collaborate with colleagues to achieve commercial KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
• Maintain a welcoming and guest ready sales floor
• Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
• Manage stages of the client journey to drive repeat business
• Capture and cultivate client data and relationships
• Initiate client follow up on sales events and inquiries
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in retail sales or customer service
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product offering
• Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Demonstrated customer empathy and service orientation
