Senior Client Advisor

Summary

The Senior Retail Client Advisor is responsible for meeting sales targets and developing client relationships while upholding store visual merchandising and operational standards. This role leads by example in customer service and, in the absence of store management, oversees store operations and staff. The position requires flexibility for open scheduling and participation in store events and projects.

Responsibilities

• Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets and key performance indicators
• Establish and manage relationships with clients and maintain client communication
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain the client experience
• Maintain selling floor, merchandise visuals, and store standards
• Grow existing clientele and reach new prospects through networking and outreach
• Support operational tasks and projects including opening and closing procedures
• Participate in special events and inventory activities as needed
• Oversee store and staff in absence of store management

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
• Prior retail or boutique experience with high end goods and clientele oriented sales
• Ideally an established clientele following
• Availability for open scheduling in a seven day a week retail environment
• Strong interpersonal and verbal written communication skills
• Outgoing, energetic, professional demeanor consistent with brand lifestyle
• Strong independent work ethic, time management, and integrity
