Summary

Commission Sales Associate on the furniture and bedding floor responsible for driving sales and delivering an elevated customer experience. Works full time on the sales floor, advising customers on product selection, merchandising, and closing sales to meet commission targets. Represents product knowledge and ensures the sales area is presentable and well stocked.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to assess needs and recommend furniture and bedding products.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and commission targets.
• Demonstrate product features and provide accurate pricing and delivery information.
• Process sales transactions and coordinate with sales support and fulfillment teams.
• Maintain merchandising standards, displays, and inventory on the sales floor.

Requirements

• Proven retail sales experience, preferably in furniture, bedding, or home furnishings.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a focus on consultative selling.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with standing for extended periods and assisting with product demonstrations or light lifting.
