Commission Sales Associate selling furniture and bedding in the Furniture Center. Responsibilities

• Greet and consult with customers to understand needs and recommend furniture and bedding solutions.
• Demonstrate product features, provide measurements and pricing, and create sales proposals.
• Achieve individual sales targets and work on commission; process sales transactions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Maintain merchandising standards, restock displays, and ensure the showroom is clean and properly staged.
• Coordinate order placement, delivery scheduling, and after-sale follow up with customers.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in furniture, bedding, or home furnishings.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and working on a commission based compensation plan.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with consultative selling ability.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays and assist with showroom setup.
