Commission Sales Associate - Furniture and Bedding

As a Commission Sales Associate in Furniture and Bedding, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in our Miami location. You will work full-time to assist customers in finding the perfect furniture and bedding solutions to meet their needs.

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable furniture and bedding products.

• Ensure the sales floor is well-organized and presentable at all times.

• 1+ years of experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in furniture and bedding.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
• Basic computer skills for processing sales transactions.
