Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor and build relationships to drive repeat business
• Achieve individual and team sales targets through commissionable sales
• Demonstrate deep product knowledge specific to mens collections
• Provide personalized styling and merchandising recommendations
• Process sales transactions and handle cash and card payments accurately
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor well presented
• Coordinate with team members to support inventory management and replenishment

Requirements

• Proven retail sales experience preferably in mens fashion or luxury retail
• Strong customer service and relationship building skills
• Comfortable working on commission with a results driven approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including weekends and holidays
