Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a high level of service to create an exceptional shopping experience.
• Actively engage clients to assess needs, offer styling advice, and close sales to meet individual commission targets.
• Develop and maintain client relationships through follow-up, clienteling, and outreach.
• Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle returns/exchanges per store policy.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and floor standards, including restocking and organizing fitting rooms.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in menswear or luxury apparel.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
