The Commission Sales Associate - Mens is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales within the men's department. This full-time, commission-based role focuses on meeting individual sales goals, building client relationships, and maintaining strong product knowledge. The associate works on the sales floor to create a premium shopping experience and support merchandising activities.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor to understand needs and recommend appropriate merchandise.
• Achieve individual sales and commission targets through proactive selling and clienteling.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and visual presentation of the sales floor.
• Process transactions accurately and follow company procedures for returns and exchanges.
• Collaborate with team members to support inventory, merchandising, and store events.

Requirements

• 3+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in menswear or specialty retail.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and clienteling skills.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by a retail schedule.
