Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and preferences
- Provide product knowledge and style recommendations for mens merchandise
- Drive sales to meet individual and store commission targets
- Process transactions accurately including cash and card payments
- Maintain merchandising standards and organize stock on the sales floor
- Follow store policies and loss prevention procedures
- Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive store environment
Requirements
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in mens fashion
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable working on a commission based pay structure
- Basic point of sale and cash handling skills
- Professional appearance and knowledge of current mens fashion trends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and assist customers on the sales floor
