Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide product knowledge and style recommendations for mens merchandise
• Drive sales to meet individual and store commission targets
• Process transactions accurately including cash and card payments
• Maintain merchandising standards and organize stock on the sales floor
• Follow store policies and loss prevention procedures
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive store environment

Requirements

• Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in mens fashion
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working on a commission based pay structure
• Basic point of sale and cash handling skills
• Professional appearance and knowledge of current mens fashion trends
• Ability to stand for extended periods and assist customers on the sales floor
