Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers on the sales floor to build rapport and understand needs
• Provide expert product knowledge and style recommendations for mens merchandise
• Develop and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance metrics on a commission basis
• Process transactions accurately and handle payments and receipts
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure store presentation
• Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
• Collaborate with team members to support store operations and customer service

Requirements

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in mens apparel or luxury fashion
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and work on a commission structure
• Professional appearance and knowledge of current menswear trends
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Basic POS and cash handling experience
