Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide personalized consultations to identify needs.

• Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately while following store policies.
• Support the team by receiving shipments, restocking, and keeping the sales floor organized.

Requirements

• 1+ years of retail or footwear sales experience preferred; luxury retail experience a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and working on a commission structure.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting as needed.
