Commission Sales Associate - Mens Shoes

Summary

This role provides elevated customer service and sells men's footwear on a commission basis. The Associate advises clients on fit and style, builds client relationships, and drives sales to meet individual and team targets. The position requires strong product knowledge, attention to merchandising, and a professional presence on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers; provide personalized product recommendations and fittings.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team results through proactive selling and follow-up.
• Process sales transactions accurately and maintain client records and follow-up communications.
• Maintain floor standards, visual merchandising, and inventory replenishment.
• Support stockroom organization and participate in inventory counts as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in footwear or men's apparel.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and work on a commission structure.
• Excellent communication, clienteling, and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
