Commission Sales Associate responsible for driving sales within Women's Ready-to-Wear by delivering exceptional client service and styling guidance. The role focuses on building lasting client relationships, achieving individual sales targets, and maintaining a high standard of presentation on the sales floor. Associates work collaboratively with the team to ensure an elevated shopping experience for customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized styling advice and product knowledge to customers on the sales floor.
• Proactively engage clients to drive sales and meet commission-based targets.
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow-up, appointments, and clienteling activities.
• Maintain merchandise presentation, replenishment, and visual standards for the women’s RTW area.
• Process sales transactions accurately and support inventory and floor operations as needed.

Requirements

• 2+ years of retail or sales experience, preferably in women's ready-to-wear or fashion.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals and work effectively in a commission structure.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of contemporary women's fashion and styling techniques.
