Responsibilities

• Actively engage customers and provide personalized styling and product recommendations
• Achieve individual sales goals and maximize commission earnings
• Process transactions accurately using point of sale systems
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish stock on the sales floor
• Build and maintain client relationships through follow up and clienteling
• Participate in store meetings and sales initiatives
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction

Requirements

• Prior retail or sales experience, preferably in womens ready to wear or luxury fashion
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Comfortable working on a commission based compensation structure
• Professional appearance and presentation consistent with brand standards
• Basic numeracy and point of sale transaction experience
