Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, seamless shopping experience and cultivate customer relationships.
• Drive in-store and online sales using technology and product knowledge.
• Share loyalty program benefits and support customers throughout their shopping experience.
• Participate in merchandising, fulfillment, and operational tasks, and maintain the sales floor and fitting room.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively.
• Ability to think creatively to meet customer needs and interpret instructional documents.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
