Summary

Provide a welcoming, personalized shopping experience for families shopping for kids' apparel, shoes, and baby essentials. Build lasting customer relationships, offer expert sizing and style guidance, and work toward personal sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and use in-store and digital tools to grow a personal customer base.
• Share product knowledge and confident style and fit feedback, and follow up with customers after purchases.
• Set and achieve sales goals, support Nordy Club enrollment, and maintain organized customer records.
• Keep the department customer-ready through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, merchandise recovery, and inventory participation.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience, with a goal-oriented approach.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills and a team-first mindset.
• Comfort using technology and digital selling tools; able to stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and ability to meet physical requirements, including frequent movement and lifting merchandise up to 25 pounds.
