Responsibilities

• Create a seamless and enjoyable in-store experience and cultivate customer relationships.
• Circulate the sales floor, identify customer needs, and share loyalty program benefits.
• Support merchandising, fulfillment, and operational requirements, including floor and fitting room upkeep.
• Use store technology and process register transactions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent encouraged.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, perform physical movements, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
