Summary

Provide a welcoming, customer-focused shopping experience in the Kids Apparel and Shoes department. Build lasting customer relationships, offer knowledgeable sizing and style guidance, and achieve personal sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide helpful, confident product and fit guidance.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, digital tools, and follow-up.
• Meet sales goals and stay current on merchandise, product knowledge, and trends.
• Maintain a customer-ready department through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, merchandise recovery, and inventory counts.
• Work collaboratively and flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
• Goal-oriented approach, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a team-first mindset.
• Comfort using technology and digital selling tools, with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
