Summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide helpful, confident service.
• Build a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, digital tools, and follow-up.
• Meet sales goals, share product and trend knowledge, and offer styling and fit guidance.
• Maintain a customer-ready department through stocking, merchandising, markdowns, recovery, and inventory counts.
• Support teammates and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
