Summary

Provide personalized styling and service in the Men's Apparel department, helping customers create complete wardrobes while meeting sales goals. Build lasting customer relationships through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and provide confident style and fit guidance.
• Build a personal customer base, follow up after purchases, and encourage Nordy Club enrollment.
• Meet sales goals and maintain product knowledge across apparel, footwear, and accessories.
• Keep the department customer-ready through stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, merchandise recovery, and inventory counts.
• Support teammates and work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.

Requirements

• Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented approach and strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with technology and digital selling tools; ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
