Responsibilities

• Deliver the 5-Point Selling Standard and offer styling, fit, and product recommendations.
• Build a customer base through in-store interactions, digital tools, and timely follow-up.
• Set and achieve sales goals while keeping the department stocked, recovered, and customer-ready.
• Support the team and maintain flexibility for varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
