Job Description

Summary

As a Compensation and Sales Commission Coordinator at Cartier in New York, you will play a crucial role in the Total Rewards team. This long-term, one-year assignment involves assisting in the monthly commission processing cycle, payment entry and validation, data analysis, auditing, and other commission-related processes.

Responsibilities
  • Support the total rewards team in administering the commercial incentive compensation plan.
  • Extract data from HRIS and compensation systems for employee eligibility for commission processing.
  • Upload manual adjustments to compensation systems.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, processes, and controls of all manual processes.
  • Review payment reports for accuracy and completeness, escalating any issues prior to disbursement.
  • Monitor and organize the monthly commission mailbox for the boutique management teams.
  • Examine needs and make recommendations for process improvement.
  • Partner with IT, IT consulting vendor, HRBP, Finance, Commercial, and Boutique Management for monthly commission processing.
  • Work closely with Sr. Compensation & Commission Analyst and Director of total rewards on compensation and commission processes.
Requirements
  • A bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience serving in an analytical capacity.
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to understand where and how to look for errors in large datasets and audit checklists.
  • Excel expertise; SAP and Varicent experience a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality.
