Responsibilities- Support the total rewards team in administering the commercial incentive compensation plan.
- Extract data from HRIS and compensation systems for employee eligibility for commission processing.
- Upload manual adjustments to compensation systems.
- Maintain detailed documentation of procedures, processes, and controls of all manual processes.
- Review payment reports for accuracy and completeness, escalating any issues prior to disbursement.
- Monitor and organize the monthly commission mailbox for the boutique management teams.
- Examine needs and make recommendations for process improvement.
- Partner with IT, IT consulting vendor, HRBP, Finance, Commercial, and Boutique Management for monthly commission processing.
- Work closely with Sr. Compensation & Commission Analyst and Director of total rewards on compensation and commission processes.
Requirements- A bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience serving in an analytical capacity.
- A keen eye for detail and ability to understand where and how to look for errors in large datasets and audit checklists.
- Excel expertise; SAP and Varicent experience a plus.
- Ability to handle sensitive information while maintaining confidentiality.
